In 2021 June, a Japanese biodistribution study for the Pfizer vaccine with rats leaked. It was found that in the 48 hours post-vaccination:

• LNP can travel to various tissues throughout the body
• LNP did not stay at the injection site
• High concentrations found at the spleen, the bone marrow, the liver, the adrenal glands, ovaries.

This was the same study published in the Nonclinical Evaluation Report of BNT162b2 [mRNA] COVID-19 vaccine by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA) of Australian Government in 2021 January (around the start of the mRNA vaccine rollout).

• LNPs (lipid nanoparticles) accumulated in nearly every organ tissue.

• When will these accumulation disappear is unknown.

• LNPs is related to inflammation and clotting, causing damage at the molecular and genetic levels.

In 2022 March, the study by Röltgen et al. published in Cell, revealed that vaccinal modifed mRNA and the “vaccine spike antigen and mRNA persist for weeks in the human lymph nodes.”
